Canvas: Getting Student help within Canvas.
Student who need help learning about Canvas, such as learning to navigate Canvas, submitting assignments, and adjusting profile settings should utilize the Mt. SAC Mountie Student Hub.
The “Student Hub” button can be found on the navigational menu, located on the left side of the screen on a computer or located on the triple bar “≡” symbol on mobile devices.
Students who need help with using Canvas should use the “Help” button on the navigational menu for 24 hour Canvas Support Chat for students.
